(Note that Hammy can only be called three times before it's unusable.) ENTER is the button to "Call the Hamster", which is known as Hammy ingame. There is also leaning with the mouse buttons, which can only work when facing walls. First off, there is a map, which can be activated with the M key. However, there are a few differences with the controls that make Sewers different from other games. The controls of Sinister Turmoil: Sewers have the usual basics of gameplay, from using the WASD keys to move, the E key being used to pick up items and interact with the environment (example being picking up a wrench and using it on one of the pipes), CTRL to croach and sneak around, F for the flashlight, ESC to pause the game, and as with a very few games the Q key is used to throw objects, and the power you throw the object, which effects the distance of how far the object thrown can go, can be increased the more you hold Q. This is the controls for the Sinister Turmoil: Sewers game that was released , a game that serves to bring a small snippit of the cancelled Sinister Turmoil game.
